Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide product and service information to customers via on-line chats, emails and other written means of communication
Respond to messages and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
Establish core relationships with clients
Management and resolve customer complaints
Document all communications with customers according to standard operating procedures
Co-ordinate social media projects and campaigns with various stakeholders
Assist in building and managing clients’ social media profiles and presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Highly trustworthy, discreet and ethical.
Team player. Proven team-first mentality
Has an eye for detail and highly organized with strong sense of prioritization
Creative and innovative thinker and planner
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Very good problem-solving skills
Can work within a dynamic environment

A positive and proactive person with the ability to innovate with new ideas as well as an enthusiastic learner.
Work under pressure and handle heavy work load.
High communication skills (verbal and written).

The ideal candidate would have the following background:

Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms
Proficient in web and various computer software
Background in advertising, copywriting and content creation
